Size Exchange Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal
You can exchange the menorcan sandals you purchased from our online store within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order.
The first size exchange is free and is only available for Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal. You can request the size exchange in the "Track my order" tab.
For the first size exchange, our transport service will pick up the package from the same address where the order was delivered for free. The customer must pack the product the same way it was received and have it ready for collection.
The size exchange will be made once the product you wish to exchange has arrived at our facilities. The product must arrive at our address in perfect condition, with the original packaging, all tags, and the box as it was received. The condition will be checked, and the size exchange and new shipment will be processed.

Returns Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal
You can return the menorcan sandals you purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order (according to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade Organization, as amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19). According to Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
You can request the return in the "Track my order" tab and manage it in two ways:

You can request "Mibo takes care of everything" with our transport service. They will pick up the package from the same address where the order was delivered and return it to our facilities. The product must arrive in perfect condition, with the original packaging, all tags, and the box as it was received. The condition will be checked, and the product refund will be processed using the same payment method. The pickup cost is €5 and will be deducted from the product refund.

You can request "Return at my expense." You will need to send the product to our address using the transport company of your choice, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The product must arrive in perfect condition, with the original packaging, all tags, and the box as it was received. The condition will be checked, and the total product refund will be processed.

Size Exchange and Returns for the Rest of Europe
You can return/exchange the size of your menorcan sandals within 14 business days from the delivery date of your order. The customer must send the product to our address using the transport company of their choice and will be responsible for the shipping costs. The product must arrive in perfect condition, with the original packaging, all tags, and the box, as it was received. When the product arrives at our address, we will check its condition and then proceed with a full refund for the returned product. In case of requesting a size exchange, it will be processed in the same way. To obtain the correct size or desired product, you will need to make a new purchase.

Size Exchanges and Returns from Other Areas
For exchanges and returns from countries outside the EU, America, etc., please contact us at our email info@abarcasmenorquinas.com and we will inform you on how to proceed, as shipping and customs costs depend on the area.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day the customer acquires the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via the withdrawal form or via letter, which you must send by email or post.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the relevant period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of withdrawal, we will refund the customer all payments received after the purchase, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly chosen otherwise; in any case, no cost will be incurred by the customer as a result of the refund. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until the customer has provided proof of returning them, whichever condition is met first.
The customer must return or deliver the goods directly to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if the goods are returned before the deadline.
