6. Delivery of Menorcan sandals
You will receive your Menorcan sandals in a maximum of five days in Spain and seven days in the rest of Europe.

7. Returns and refunds

Items should be returned in their original product packaging, in perfect conditions and with all its accessories, instructions and documents.
Parcels without identification (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.
If the items are not in perfect conditions when returned, the company reserves the right to ask for compensation. Items will be shipped to:

The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be charged to the buyer, who must send the package securely and with the necessary guarantees that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.
You will receive a refund of the exact amount of the item price. Expect your refund within 3 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper. You will receive an e-mail notifying the total amount of the refund and asking for the number of your bank account.

8. Product changes
The customer has the possibility to change the Minorcan sandals by others of equal value without specifying the reasons.

The products should be sent properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition and with all accessories, instructions and documentation.

9. Right of renunciation and refunds
The costumer can return any items within 14 calendar days time without any reason or penalty.
The renunciation period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day the costumer receives his products.
If you want to exercise your right of renunciation, you must inform us using the renunciation form or through a letter that you shall send by email or postal mail.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the costumer to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of renunciation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of renunciation
In case of renunciation, we will refund to the costumer all the payments received after the purchase, including the costs of delivery without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed about the costumer’s decision to cancel this contract. We will make the aforesaid refund using the same means of payment used by the costumer for the initial transaction, unless the costumer has otherwise expressly stated. In any case, the buyer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. Transport costs of returning the products will be charged to the customer.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the costumer have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The costumer shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed about the costumer’s decision to cancel this contract. The deadline is met if the costumer sends back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
10. Shipping
Shipping costs depend on the country to which forwarded the request:
Shipping costs are free depending on the country of delivery and the number of pairs of Minorcan sandals you buy.
