Size change

The first size change will be free for Spain. You must email us to info@abarcasmenorquinas.com indicating the order number, the size you want to change, and the address where we should make the change.

During the period of sales, promotions, and specific offers; the cost of the size change will be paid by the customer. To make the size change you must write an email to info@abarcasmenorquinas.com

Model changeover

To make a change of model you must send us the footwear, indicating the order number and it must be returned correctly protected, in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with all the accessories, instructions, and documentation.

You will receive a refund and must place a new order.

The customer must assume the cost of transport to make the change.

Return

You can return the Abarcas Menorquinas that you have bought in our online shop within 14 workdays, from the delivery date of the order (according to the art. 44 of the Law 7/1996 of January 15th of Retail Trade Ordinance modified by the Law 47/2002 of December 19th). Although it is not necessary to specify the reasons, you must email info@abarcasmenorquinas.com communicating the return.

The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and with all accessories, instructions, and documentation.

Packages that do not contain any element that allows the identification of the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.

If the Abarcas Menorquinas are damaged, the company reserves the right to request compensation. The goods will be sent to:

The costs and risks involved in returning the product will be carried by the buyer, who must send the package safely and with the necessary guarantees to get back the package in perfect condition. The customer must assume the cost of transport to make the exchange or return.

The return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned Abarcas Menorquinas. The refund will be made to the customer's account within 3 days from the moment the product arrives at MIBO Cosits, S.L. Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund and requesting an account number to make the deposit.
